In the case of a building security appointment, the appointment booker markets our services to the clientele. The scheduler contacts owners of old detached houses, identifies the house’s needs for HVAC renovations over the phone and arranges appointments for sellers. The scheduler works closely with the sales team and your own team. The work is done over the phone through a great work system. The scheduler also builds up a customer base that he manages.
We will train you for your role. It’s a neat indoor job where your working hours are from 9am to 5pm. Our office is located in the PK region, within easy reach of the city centre. We have a great growth path for those who want to progress in their careers.
The job requires excellent Finnish speaking and writing skills and experience in customer service or sales work over the phone.
We consider a CV (curriculum vitae) to be an advantage in your application, although it is not mandatory.
