Of course we started the day with refreshment and this time it was at Oulunkylä Curlinghall. We were first trained in the rules of curling and soon we were masters of this addictive sport. At the end of the shift we had the House Security Curling Championship 2022 competition. From the curling hall we headed to the Valo Hotel for lunch. There, we were greeted by a rich buffet, which everyone was happy to eat to their hearts’ content. It’s been a long time since we’ve had food this delicious.
After a delicious lunch, we moved to the training rooms to continue our day. After the training, we were greeted by a wellness area on the hotel’s rooftop terrace. We enjoyed the steam of the log saunas, the bubbles of the jacuzzi and healed the world at the same time. I think some of the brave ones even took a dip in the cold pool. The day went on like this until the evening. We concluded that it was a great day and that we have a great team of workers at Talotur. This is a good starting point for the spring and the coming summer.
